I was so exhausted by the second day of no sleep that I returned to the desk to inform MS. When I brought this to the attention of the woman at the desk (Kimbrell) she informed me that all the mattresses were the same and offered me no solution to our issues. The mattress on the bed was the worst we have ever sleep on. We were staying at the Tropicana for a work event.
